The Osgoode Business Clinic (OBC) offers basic legal advice and documents for small business owners or small enterprise clients that cannot otherwise afford professional legal services. These services include advise on incorporation and liability, as well as drafting sales contracts and subcontracts. The work is completed by Osgoode students under the supervision of lawyers at Stikeman Elliott LLP.

OBC requires you to complete this form as a part of the client application process. This form helps OBC assess whether you qualify for OBC’s legal services. Please note that while OBC does not charge a fee for its legal services, you must pay a small administrative fee if you are accepted as a client. In addition, you are responsible for paying any disbursements, government filing fees, and photocopier and courier charges.
